Returns & Refund Policy
Digital & Printed Products

Payment & Cancellation: All orders must be paid in full before any work begins.
- If you cancel before design work starts, you will receive a full refund.
- If design work has begun but is not completed, a 50% refund will be issued, and you will forfeit rights to the artwork.
- If the design is completed to your satisfaction or has been submitted for printing, no refund will be issued.
- No refunds will be given after 30 days from the original purchase date.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Proof Approval & Printing:
- Designs are only sent to print after your final approval.
- It is your responsibility to carefully review all proofs for spelling, grammar, layout, fonts, spacing, and mailing addresses before approving.
- If changes are needed after approval and printing, it will be considered a reorder, and you will be responsible for the additional printing cost.
Physical Products
- If you cancel before the order ships, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel after the order has shipped, a 20% restocking fee will apply, and you must cover the return shipping costs.
Shipping Policy
- We ship anywhere in the United States.
- Shipping and delivery dates are estimated based on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the total package weight, and all weights are rounded up according to the policies of our shipping carriers.
