Returns & Refund Policy 

Digital & Printed Products

  • Payment & Cancellation: All orders must be paid in full before any work begins.

    • If you cancel before design work starts, you will receive a full refund.
    • If design work has begun but is not completed, a 50% refund will be issued, and you will forfeit rights to the artwork.
    • If the design is completed to your satisfaction or has been submitted for printing, no refund will be issued.
    • No refunds will be given after 30 days from the original purchase date.
    • Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • Proof Approval & Printing:

    • Designs are only sent to print after your final approval.
    • It is your responsibility to carefully review all proofs for spelling, grammar, layout, fonts, spacing, and mailing addresses before approving.
    • If changes are needed after approval and printing, it will be considered a reorder, and you will be responsible for the additional printing cost.

Physical Products 

  • If you cancel before the order ships, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel after the order has shipped, a 20% restocking fee will apply, and you must cover the return shipping costs.

Shipping Policy

  • We ship anywhere in the United States.
  • Shipping and delivery dates are estimated based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the total package weight, and all weights are rounded up according to the policies of our shipping carriers.
