Returns Policy
For digital or printed products: All orders must be paid in full before any work begins. If you decide to cancel your order prior to any work being done, a full refund will be issued. However, if designing has begun and you decide to cancel the order at any time before it is submitted for printing, you will be refunded 50% of your payment & will forfeit the artwork. If the design has been completed to your satisfaction or submitted for printing and you decide to cancel, there will be no refund. No refunds will be given after 30 days. You should expect to receive your refund between 5 to 10 business days, depending on the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
Designs will only be sent to the printer once you have approved them. Therefore, it is imperative that you double check all proofs to make sure everything is correct. This includes fonts, spacing, spelling, grammar, as well as mailing and return addresses. If any changes have to be made once the proof is approved and sent to the printer, it will be considered a reorder and you will have to pay the additional printing cost.
For physical products: If you decide to cancel your order prior to shipping, a full refund will be issued. However, if you cancel your order after the product has been shipped, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and will be responsible for the cost of shipping the goods back to us.
Shipping
We ship anywhere in the United States. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on your location and shipping options you choose during our consultation. Please note that the shipping rate is based on weight of the package. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.
