Since these are all customized invitations, a design proof will be sent to you for approval. Upon your approval of the proof, the final digital product will be submitted for printing. It is imperative that you are satisfied with the final digital product since no changes can be made after submission to the printer. As such, you will have to accept the printed material as is.
All orders must be paid in full before any design work begins. If you decide to cancel your order prior to any work being done, a full refund will be issued. However, if the artwork has been created and you decide to cancel the order before it is submitted for printing, you will be refunded 50% of your payment.
You should expect to receive your refund between 5 to 10 business days, depending on the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
We ship anywhere in the United States. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on your location and shipping options you choose during our consultation. Please note that the shipping rate is based on weight of the package. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
